The rooms are located on the bottom floor of our home; with a familial atmosphere we are the perfect spot for anyone wanting a quiet oasis in the middle of our lovely town.

AMENITIES
Bedding
There is a comfortable double bed
in the room.
Television
A flat screen television is located in the room for you to watch both German or International programmes.
Daily room service
​
On request we can offer a daily morning room service where we will change your bedding as well as clean the room.
Towels and bathrobes
​
With pleasure we offer on request hand towels, bath towels and bath robes, as well as other hygiene products.
Wifi for free
​
Of course, the accommodation offers free wifi to all guests!
Final cleaning
For long stays we do a deep clean on request every Saturday during your stay as well as the final cleaning after your departure.
Kitchen
The kitchen is available for guests who like to book it whith the room and become a whole apartment!
Parking
​
There is free onsite parking behind the accommodation, on request we can reserve a spot under a Carport (only for cars and motorbikes)
House rules
​
We are a none smoking accommodation
and do not allow pets in the rental area. However a dog lives in the house.

Villigen in Baden and Schwenningen in Württemberg, everything that makes our state special is concentrated here.
Neckar spring
and Schwenninger Moss

Both the City Park Möglingshöhe (where the Neckar spring is situatied) and the Schwenninger Moss area lie close to each other, making for the perfect day out.
Bike rides
in all directions
The Villingen-Schwenningen, the Neckar Valley, the Black Forest, Danube Valley and Lake Constance bike paths are all located close to the accommodation!
Handmade clocks

Schwenningen is world renowned for the clockmaking industry. All museums and sights are easily accessible by foot or bus!
Swimming and bathing
​
Take a dip in Solemar in Bad Dürrheim and Aquasol in Rottweil, or check out Badeparadies in nearby Titisee for renowned Baths, you can even go out to natural lakes.
